If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has started processing.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when tracking is available.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help review the next step.
Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition when returned. For hygiene and quality reasons, used or worn accessories may not be eligible for return.
Wrong size orders
Please confirm your Apple Watch case size before placing an order. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible so we can help before the order ships.
Final sale items
Some promotional, clearance, personalized, or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
